The paper is watermarked with Webster 831.
The piece measures 7 1/4 by 6 and is in very good condition, except for a corner crease. It looks like this was Mrs Pebels (probably really Pebbles) family boot and shoe bill. Unique and rare, amazing to have survived over 190 years!
